This fun device has a rolling mechanism that shapes grissini and other thin breadsticks and uses no sharp parts to do so, making it great for the kids!

Rosemary Grissini

Preparation: Approx. 15 mins

Baking: Approx. 30 mins

Yield: Approx. 30 pieces


1 roll of puff pastry, rolled out to approx. 25 x 42 cm (flour for dusting)

2 Tbsp Olive Oil

1 bunch of rosemary, finely chopped

1 tsp Fleur de Sel (can be replaced with good quality sea salt flakes)


  1. Preheat oven to 160ºC (convection)
  2. On a little flour, roll out dough to approx. 3 mm thickness. Roll the Grissini Roller wheel crosswise over the dough to stamp. Place the stamped dough strips with the baking paper onto the baking tray.
  3. Brush the dough with oil and sprinkle with rosemary and Fleur de Sel.
  4. Bake for approx. 30 min. in the middle of oven.
  5. Remove, allow to somewhat cool down and break apart. Place the pieces on a grid and let cool down properly.

Store for up to 1 week in a well-sealed tin.
