Betty Bossi decided that vegetables were better eaten in spirals and spaghetti form, and what a fantastic idea it was! The Icon Chef Veggie Twister PLUS, designed in Switzerland by Betty Bossi, spiralizes large volumes of vegetables. This nifty kitchen gadget is a gluten-free person’s best friend and a loyal companion to anyone who enjoys delicious veggies and having fun in the kitchen!

One popular choice is making healthy and tasty alternatives to spaghetti pasta, such as spaghetti zucchini. All you need to do is select the spaghetti blade (the other blade being the spiralizer) and do the twist! Long strands of zucchini will be collecting in the container with minimal effort.

How about a recipe to try out the zucchini spaghetti?
